How far are we from downtown Moab?
- We are a short 10-minute drive to the center of downtown Moab.
Can we use the Garage?
- Absolutely, the garage is outfitted with bike racks that fit 2 bikes each it's also great for parking those jeeps, Side x Side, ATV's and motorcycles.
Do you provide toiletries?
- Yes! Our home is well stocked with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, sponges, laundry detergent and anything else you need for keeping the house and yourselves tidy. In the kitchen we are well stocked with paper towels, disposable like utensils & plates, Ziplocs and more for packing up for long trail days!
What are your House Rules?
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am
- Please respect your neighbors
- Please treat our home like your own
- No Smoking
- No Pets
- No Parties
- Lost and Forgotten items will be returned at your cost
- All guests regardless of booking platform are required to sign our rental agreement & provide a credit card for refundable damage deposit.
- Sorry no campers or motor homes in driveway due to HOA rules.
How does Check In Work?
- Check in time is any time after 4pm.
- We do our best to accommodate early check in or luggage drop off.
- Detailed info will be emailed to prior to check in with front door code and instructions.
Check Out:
- Check Out is at 11am.
- We make check out easy.
Is there someone to help us if we have an issue?
- Always! We have a team of cleaners, maintenance individuals and friends nearby to help in the event you ever need someone in person! Most importantly we do our byest to answer the phone 24/7 in case of an emergency.
